Agency for Community Transit, Inc. (ACT) is a private, non-profit 501 (c)(3) agency incorporated in the State of Illinois. ACT operates all public and paratransit bus services for Madison County Transit (MCT), the RideFinders carpool/vanpool program, and constructs and maintains the MCT Trails system, as well as operates the ACT Community Action Grants program.
